This website is to showcase my final year project, a Vulnerability Cost of Breach Calculator. Ths project is part of the completion for my Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Cybercrime and IT Security Degree

In 2019 it was estimated that many organisations only spend around 0.3% of revenue on Cybersecurity.

This calculating tool is designed with the purpose of encouring investment in cybersecurity by showing the hard numbers

Parameters are provided by the user on the left hand side and while they are been entered, on the right hand side the total is been calculated for the data breach type.

The three data breach events that where chosen for this project were stolen files, Ransomware and a Denial of Service attack.

Since certain factors can contain ranges, this concept has been incorporated into how the final cost is delivered.
