The project

No controllers. Just your hands.

Potion Commotion is a VR puzzle game built in Unity with C#—grab ingredients and brew at the bench using Leap Motion hand tracking, no handheld controllers. 3D models come from Blender and textures from Substance Painter to create a cosy, illustrated lab.

Input runs through the Leap Motion SDK and Oculus XR; hand tracking and VR UX design choices keep grabs readable in-headset. This showcase adds HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Three.js.

Technology

Built from scratch, every piece.

Unity

Game engine: VR setup, physics, hand interaction logic, scene composition.

Leap Motion

Skeletal hand tracking, mounted to the headset, no controllers needed.

Blender

All 3D assets modelled by hand; potions, cauldrons, furniture, environments.
