IIrish Climbing Wiki Mobile App is a final year project that brings Ireland's most authoritative climbing database to mobile devices.
Traditionally, climbers could only access route information through a desktop website, which offers a poor experience outdoors. This app fetches and reorganizes data via the MediaWiki API, providing:

• Map-based navigation to nearby crags
• Mobile-optimized interface for outdoor use
• Offline caching — access info without internet
• Save favorite routes & maintain climbing logs
• Community feed to share your climbs
All data comes from wiki.climbing.ie, ensuring accuracy and authority. Future plans include user-submitted routes, allowing the community to help expand the database.
