In order to improve the delivery aspect of the business a web-based prototype was developed. This web-based prototype uses various Google Maps APIs to reorganise the order in which deliveries are to be completed. This system prioritises the fastest route that covers all of the inputted delivery destinations, unlike a typical Google Maps search, where the order in which the deliveries are made are not considered. A benefit of using Google's APIs is that it inherently takes into account real-time traffic info such as roadworks and usual traffic at a given time before calculating the optimal route.
